Hello All!
I hope this post finds you well! We have been super busy and learning up a storm. We apologize for not getting as many posts up as we should, there has been lots going on! Most of you get our newsletters and know what we've been up to, but for those of you who don't, here are a few snap shops of our main events! We had a great family night in March where we shared our daily math routines with our parents. Everyone engaged in free exploration math tubs to learn about numbers, shapes, sorting, measurement, addition, subtraction, etc. We loved sharing the ways we learn with our families!
We also had tons of fun preparing for Easter. We got to learn about matter in the Science lab as we boiled water to prepare eggs for decorating. We saw how liquid can turn to a gas with the water, and also saw a liquid substance of a raw egg turn into a solid, hard, cooked egg. We also saw how colored tablets mixed with vinegar allowed eggs to be dyed and turned into beautiful creations! After we prepared our eggs, we had a fantastic egg hunt where Miss Urban made us hunt for specific eggs that were marked with letters, shapes, numbers and words. It was great!
We hope you enjoy our pictures!

Hi Miss Urban,
Lauren had so much fun with the eggs experiments and dying. She came home to find out that we were going to do the same and she remembered all her instructions in order to help me! Love your pictures and love YOU!
