100's Day, Go Get It, Letter Land Story Hour, and Valentines!
Happy Friday Letter Land Familes!
WHOA! We have been so busy the last few weeks. I apologize for not keeping you up to date! We have had lots of fun events at school. We had our 100th day of school last Monday. We did all sorts of fun things with the number 100. We then had our very own Jerheme Urban come and talk to the entire school about how important it is to work hard in school and go to college. It was "Go Get It" week and so he came to encourage us to keep going until we reached the top! This week we showed off what great readers we have become. We dressed up in character and read to our friends and familes. Miss Urban was soo impressed and so was Mrs. Cary who stopped by for a little bit. It was a great night! We ended the week celebrating a very fun Valentine's Day. Our friends from Vista Village came to help us decorate cookies, paint faces, read stories and make valentines. We had a blast!
