Go Cards!

Here are a couple of pictures parents have sent me. Landry and Charissa are having a blast watching the Cardinals and cheering for Jereheme! I love hearing all of the stories each Monday morning how your families got to see Jerheme on TV! I do apologize if you feel that I have brainwashed your child this year. I simply told them the Cowboys were great until they told Jerheme he couldn't play for them anymore. The kids didn't think that was very nice at all! ;) Thanks for supporting Jerheme and hopefully you'll seem him again next year!

Add or Subtract?

We have been working up a storm with our addition and subtraction! We love numbers! We have lots of fun games we play to help us with these skills. You can see us here putting together and taking away to help us learn about adding and subtracting. We will keep working hard to learn the basic understanding of computation and will even have some number facts memorized for First Grade!

Welcome to 2010! BRRR! We hope Santa brought everyone a new coat for Christmas because we have had a FREEZING start to our new year! We've even had to stay inside a couple of days here at school because of the cold weather. We are excited to be back at school though and are already having fun learning new things. Stay tuned for some fun events this spring! We'll be putting on plays, making kites, hatching chicks and butterflies, riding yellow buses and much more!!

Holiday Fun!

Here are just a few shots of all the fun we had leading up to Christmas break. We learned all about Christmas around the World and had guest speakers from Australia! We watched The Polar Express, made reindeer food, opened gifts and even broke open a pinata!

Vista Village

We had a lovely time celebrating our Christmas season this year with our friends over at Vista Village. Mr. Teague joined us and we sang songs and delivered cookies the Tuesday before Christmas. We loved being able to serve others especially at the holidays.

Mr. Sanders seems to be having some fun while he is away! Charissa's daddy sent us a few photos so that we could see what he is up to over seas. Charissa sure misses you, Mr. Sanders, but is so very proud of all you are doing for us! Thank you so much for your service!
